This interactive 2.0 hour course equips childcare workers with the essential tools and strategies to cultivate a growth mindset, both within themselves and the children they serve. Participants will explore the fundamental principles of growth mindset, learn how to foster a positive learning environment, and discover practical techniques for encouraging effort, resilience, and a love of learning. Through engaging activities, discussions, and role-playing, participants will gain the confidence to apply growth mindset strategies in their daily interactions, creating a supportive and empowering atmosphere for both children and their team.
